These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LiveScoreHome at livescorehome.com and its localized versions (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What LiveScoreHome is

LiveScoreHome provides sports information: live and scheduled scores, fixtures, standings, team/player pages, editorial/news summaries, and legal highlight or broadcaster orientation links (“Legal Watch”).

The Service is for personal, non-commercial information and entertainment. It is not a bookmaker, payment platform, or video streaming host for unauthorized match feeds.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws of your country. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

3. License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal purposes. You may not copy, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer, mirror, or commercially redistribute the Service without our prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law.

4. Accounts and local features

Core features work without a traditional account. Browser storage may keep favorites, locale, or push subscription state on your device. You are responsible for activity on your device and for keeping your browser/OS reasonably secure.

5. Scores, stats, and accuracy

Scores, clocks, lineups, odds displays, standings, and related stats are provided as-is for informational purposes. Live sports data can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Do not rely on LiveScoreHome as the sole source for time-critical decisions (including betting, fantasy, or commercial decisions).

6. Odds and promotions

If betting odds or promotional creatives appear, they are informational or advertising only. Odds may be delayed or unavailable for some competitions. LiveScoreHome does not accept wagers and is not responsible for third-party betting outcomes, account disputes, or gambling losses.

If you choose to gamble with a third party, you must comply with that operator’s rules and the laws where you are located. Please gamble responsibly.

7. Legal Watch and video content

Legal Watch is limited to official or otherwise authorized sources such as official YouTube embeds and curated broadcaster links. We do not host, facilitate, or encourage pirate streams.

  • You must not use the Service to find, share, or request unauthorized live streams.
  • Embedded third-party players remain subject to that provider’s terms (for example YouTube).
  • Availability of highlights depends on rights holders and may be geo-restricted or removed without notice.

8. News and editorial content

News items may be rewritten summaries sourced from public feeds or original editorial notes. Titles and wording can change. Editorial content is opinion/information, not professional advice.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attack, overload, or disrupt the Service (DDoS, credential stuffing, malware)
  • Bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
  • Scrape or harvest data in a way that harms Service performance or violates robots rules
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
  • Misrepresent affiliation with LiveScoreHome
  • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial exploitation of our data boards

We may throttle, block, or restrict access that threatens Service stability or other users.

10. Intellectual property

Site design, trademarks (including LiveScoreHome / LSH branding), original text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Team crests, league marks, and broadcast brands belong to their respective owners and appear for informational identification.

You may not use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

11. Third-party links, ads, and affiliates

The Service may contain ads, affiliate links, or outbound links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or offers. Clicking outbound links is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LiveScoreHome and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (typically zero for free access) or (b) EUR 50.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveScoreHome and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify features, data sources, layouts, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to Terms will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, abuse, legal risk, or operational reasons, without liability.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts located in Türkiye shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
