Liverpool eye Yankuba Minteh, Brighton still open to future move, says Hurzeler

Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler said the winger can still achieve a move to Liverpool, even after the club turned down the Premier League side's offers. The Seagulls remain open to the possibility, giving the player a chance to fulfil his dream.

Brighton & Hove Albion’s winger Yankuba Minteh has attracted interest from Liverpool, with the Premier League club reportedly making offers for the player in recent transfer windows.

Despite the interest, Brighton’s management turned down Liverpool’s bids, opting to keep the talented winger in their squad for the remainder of the season.

Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler said the player can still fulfil his dream of moving to Liverpool if the opportunity arises in the future, indicating that the club is not ruling out a future transfer.

For Minteh, the prospect of playing for a club that has recently been in the hunt for trophies is a significant career milestone, and the Seagulls’ openness suggests a potential pathway to the move.

Both clubs will monitor the transfer market in the coming windows, with Brighton maintaining their stance while Liverpool may revisit the deal if circumstances change.
