Welsh chief calls FIFA reform claims ‘unsubstantiated’

Noel Mooney, the chief executive of the Football Association of Wales (FAW), has publicly rejected recent statements that FIFA is preparing for major reforms. The comments came after FIFA president Gianni Infantino suggested that changes to the organisation’s structure and governance were on the horizon.
